Request an Inspection

Send us what you have to initiate an intake review. Initial hand sketches and a property address are enough to start. If you've received a refusal letter, attach it immediately: a refusal activates a strict 30-day appeal window.

  • What happens next

We examine your materials to determine the file's requirements. Within 2 to 4 business days, we present an initial path to closure and an assessed retainer invoice tailored to the required level of RDC support. Formal engineering analysis, policy reviews, and technical deliverables begin once RDC is retained.

Tell us about the project

Project reviews and layout drawings are compiled using the best physical evidence available on-site and from official registry baselines. Formal legal boundary staking remains subject to a certified Real Property Report (RPR) executed by a licensed Saskatchewan Land Surveyor.

Reekie Development Consulting Ltd. provides professional engineering, planning, and regulatory counsel. Final statutory approval authority rests strictly with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), municipal council, or provincial appeal tribunal.
